Circuit Training.

GripFit is a climbing fitness class offered twice a week at Grip Bouldering!

These sessions run individuals through a range of aerobic and anaerobic exercises to better develop climbing strength and movement.

Our focus of the class is to support mobility and muscle balance to let you climb harder and safer.

Schedule

Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7:15 AM in the fitness area.
