Cancellation Policy
Memberships and Recurring ProgramsThis policy applies to memberships, youth teams, Kids Club, Development Team, and all other recurring monthly programs.
Memberships and recurring programs are billed automatically each billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to prevent the next scheduled payment.
No prorated refunds or partial-month refunds are provided after a billing cycle has begun.
If you have questions about your membership or need assistance with a cancellation, please contact Grip Bouldering before your billing date.
Requests received on or after the billing date will remain active through the current paid billing period and will be cancelled before the following billing cycle
campsCancellations made at least 14 days before the first day of camp are eligible for a 100% refund, less a 5% processing fee
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the start of camp are not eligible for a refund unless the spot can be filled from a waitlist.
Memberships and recurring programs, including without limitation memberships, youth teams, Kids Club, Development Team, and all other recurring monthly programs, are billed automatically each billing cycle. Members may cancel their membership or recurring program by providing notice to Grip prior to the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests received on or after the applicable billing date shall become effective at the end of the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds or partial-month refunds shall be issued once a billing cycle has begun. Members are encouraged to contact Grip prior to their billing date with any questions regarding their membership or the cancellation process.
If Grip Bouldering cancels a camp, participants will receive a full refund.
